Yarrawonga Flight Training members fly to Wagga Aero Club for a BBQ?

Well it was the thought that counts… Six aircraft and crew were all ready to go, however the weather stopped us from even getting onto the runway.
This was the best it got all day. We decided to have our own BBQ instead.
The day turned out to be a successful social event, even if we couldn’t get off the ground.

Amy and Jillian Bear had spent a weekend away with Mum and Dad. She flew in to YFT in VH-DYA from Point Cook and was whisked away in the Rent-a-bomb for a fun weekend, along the Murray River. On Sunday , while dad packed the aircraft to return home, Amy and Jillian were entertained by Fleecia, Shaun, and especially Lamp Chop, in Hangar 19.

Amy was readied for the trip by mum with “bribe currency” (in the form of her own stash of lollipops and other tasty treats) whilst she was airborne.
